Mary-Michele Wison

Mary-Michele is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who brings compassion and clinical experience to her work with individuals, couples, and families navigating life's challenges. She creates a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their concerns, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful change.

With a systemic, trauma-informed approach, Mary-Michele works with clients facing a variety of concerns including relationship distress, life transitions, grief and loss, and family conflict. She has particular experience supporting foster and adoptive families and is an adoptive mom herself. Mary-Michele integrates play therapy techniques when working with children and uses evidence-based, attachment-focused interventions to help clients build resilience and connection.

Mary-Michele believes in meeting clients where they are—honoring their unique stories, strengths, and goals. Her therapeutic style is collaborative and strengths-based, recognizing that every person and family has the capacity for growth and healing. Whether you're working through a difficult season in your relationship, processing past trauma, or seeking support for your child, Mary-Michele offers a warm, nonjudgmental presence and practical tools for lasting change.

Mary-Michele earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide and is currently completing her supervised clinical hours toward full LMFT licensure.
